Electronics Assembler Apply by August 30/2008
We are currently accepting applicants for Electronics Assemblers in our Production Department.
Our assemblers require the skills necessary for the following:
- Operating manual cutters, strippers, heat guns, crimp tools, soldering irons, and more
- Effectively interpreting assembly procedures and layout drawings
- Installing hardware (surface mount components/cables/wires that require hand soldering)
- Visual inspection for defects
- Identifying component and solder side of PCB's
- Understanding and Implementing PCB cleaning techniques
The ideal candidate will be reliable, have a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and previous soldering experience. We offer in-house soldering training to improve skills, and consider previous experience in an electronics manufacturing environment a definite asset.

Customer Service Representative Apply by August 15/2008
We are currently accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative in our Service department.
Key Requirements of this position include:
- Able to work individually or as part of a team to meet departmental goals and objectives
- Valid driver's license, passport, and positive security clearance with the Saskatoon City Police
- Speak, Read and Write fluent English (Any additional languages are a definite asset)
- Typing skill (approximately 30 words per minute minimum)
- Proficient in using standard software applications like Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
This position includes:
- Assisting customers with product selection; providing consultation and product information
- Providing training and troubleshooting to customers via phone, email and in person
- Attending Trade Shows
- Building positive relationships with all customers by being friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional
- Conducting customer survey's and follow up calls
- Processing product returns for repair or warranty replacement
